I have a butchery unit on the farm to ensure quality and traceability, and can cut any size or style of joint for you. We hand make our own Gold Award sausages, with a range of flavours, including seasonal sausages, and can make any flavour that takes your fancy! All sausages and burgers are gluten free, flavoured with our own unique blend of herbs and spices. The sausages are a full-on heavy duty sausage with a high percentage of meat - bet you cannot eat more than two!
We dry cure our own True Taste Gold Award winning bacon and Gammon, slicing it and packing it on the farm. Two slices of fresh bread, a bit of butter - a bacon butty of your dreams! Go on, spoil yourself!
We have recently added good old fashioned faggots and black pudding to our range - in fact we can produce anything from a pig!
I am working on the silk purse!
