Whats he got?

A puddle of piglets!

Oxford Sandy and Black pigs are renowned for their excellent temperament and mothering abilities, their friendly nature and hardiness. They produce succulent pork, fine bacon and excellent ham. The pigs are free range with plenty of space to roam, grazing on lush grass, foraging and generally enjoying themselves. Because the herd is free range, their diet is completely natural and free from hormones, growth promoters and antibiotics.

They have sheds for shelter, and build nests in the long grass to farrow and create pig shaped depressions in damp places for wallowing in mud. They spend much of their time rooting through the grass, digging for tasty morsels, and making trenches to sunbath. The piglets are naturally weaned by their mothers, and stay in family groups.

There is nothing finer after a working day to sit in the field with the pigs, the sun dropping behind the hills, watching the piglets play tag, and scratching the sows when they come and flop down at your feet, gently grunting and telling you about their day.
